Our menu features handmade fresh pasta and fresh artisan bread made in our in-house bakery, as well as thin crust pizzas prepared in wood-fired ovens. Savor rotisserie poultry, game and meats, as well as prime aged steaks and fresh fish seared to perfection on our wood-fired grill. The ingredients in our kitchen are carefully selected from purveyors that offer only the freshest, highest quality.
With a vision to create a concept that truly celebrates the unique culinary traditions of Italy’s diverse regions; owner, Entrepreneur Joe Faro, oversaw every detail of remodeling the three floor, 17,000 square foot restaurant to create Tuscan Kitchen.
From the imported Italian limestone on the buildings exterior to the fireplaces and the wood-fired oven, the custom-made Italian imported pasta-making equipment, artful décor and skillfully created menu, guests will be transported to Joe and Jim’s vision of their beloved Italy.
